These Terms & Conditions regulate online purchases made through digitalbloke.com, hereinafter referred to as DigitalBloke. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
Online sales contract: a distance contract for tangible movable goods offered on DigitalBloke, concluded between the Seller and the Buyer.
Buyer: the individual purchasing products for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial or professional activity.
DigitalBloke: the brand and website promoting the sale of goods through digitalbloke.com.
Seller/Supplier: the company or business entity responsible for selling the goods under the contract.

Buyer: expressly declares to purchase as a consumer and undertakes not to resell the products for commercial purposes.
Products displayed on DigitalBloke constitute an online offer to the public, subject to product availability and order confirmation.
The contract is concluded online when the Buyer completes the order form and receives an order confirmation by email. DigitalBloke reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of incorrect data, suspected fraud, payment issues or product unavailability.
DigitalBloke makes every reasonable effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, prices and availability. Minor differences between product images and the actual product may occur due to screen settings, production updates or supplier changes.
Prices are shown on the website at the time of purchase. Any shipping costs, taxes or additional charges will be displayed before the order is confirmed.

Refunds, where due, will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Delivery is carried out through specialized couriers and logistics partners. Products are shipped to the address provided by the Buyer during checkout.
Estimated delivery time: normally 24–48 hours from shipment, unless otherwise indicated on the product page or during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, stock availability, customs checks or force majeure events.
Shipping costs are clearly indicated during checkout before order confirmation. For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes or local charges are the responsibility of the Buyer, unless otherwise stated.
If a product ordered is partially or totally unavailable, DigitalBloke will inform the Buyer as soon as possible. The Buyer may be offered a replacement product, a delayed delivery or a full refund.
DigitalBloke is not responsible for delays, service interruptions or failure to perform caused by events outside its reasonable control, including force majeure, courier disruptions, internet malfunctions, strikes, natural disasters or technical issues.
In such cases, the Buyer may be entitled to a refund of amounts already paid, where applicable.
Products sold to consumers are covered by the applicable legal warranty under European and Spanish consumer protection laws. The warranty covers defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
The Buyer must report any defect or issue by contacting info@digitalbloke.com, providing order details, description of the issue and, where useful, photos or videos of the product.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the products, without giving any reason, unless the product falls under a legal exception to the right of withdrawal.
To exercise this right, the Buyer must contact DigitalBloke at info@digitalbloke.com before the withdrawal period expires.
Products must be returned unused, intact, complete and, where possible, in their original packaging. Return costs may be borne by the Buyer unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
The Buyer may request a product exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability and product condition. DigitalBloke may request photographic evidence before authorizing the exchange.
If the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, the Buyer must contact DigitalBloke as soon as possible at info@digitalbloke.com, including the order number and clear evidence of the issue.
DigitalBloke may offer repair, replacement, refund or another solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Spain and the European Union. For disputes involving consumers, the competent court will be the court of the consumer’s place of residence, where required by applicable consumer protection law.
Order confirmation implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. DigitalBloke may update these Terms at any time. Changes will apply only to future orders and will be published on this page.
