Shipping Policy – DigitalBloke

This page describes the shipping policies applied by DigitalBloke for purchases made through digitalbloke.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts the conditions below.


1. Shipping coverage

DigitalBloke ships to all European Union countries, where service is available. Orders can be delivered to the address provided by the customer, including home or workplace addresses.

Delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available.

2. Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible after order confirmation.

Estimated delivery time: 24–48 hours from shipment, unless otherwise indicated during checkout.

Exact delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, courier availability, holidays, weather conditions or logistics delays. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email where applicable.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping may include courier delivery, tracking and signature on delivery where applicable.

DigitalBloke may offer:

  • Free shipping on selected or promotional products;
  • Standard shipping rates for other items, clearly shown during checkout;
  • Special delivery options, where available.

4. Order tracking

Once the order is shipped, the customer may receive an email containing the tracking number and link to monitor the shipment. Tracking availability may depend on the courier and destination country.

5. Returns and exchanges

Return instructions and the return address will be provided by customer support after the request has been reviewed. Products must not be returned without prior authorization.

Return conditions:

  • Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise required by law;
  • Original shipping fees may be non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged or incorrect item;
  • The product must be returned unused, intact and, where possible, in its original packaging;
  • Customers should use a trackable or insured shipping service;
  • DigitalBloke is not responsible for loss or damage caused by the courier during the return shipment.

6. Delivery issues or delays

Delays may occur due to holidays, adverse weather, courier logistics issues, customs checks, incorrect delivery information or events outside DigitalBloke’s control.

7. Damaged or non-conforming products

If the customer receives a damaged, defective or incorrect product, they should contact customer service as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

The request should include the order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. DigitalBloke will review the case and may offer a replacement, refund or another suitable solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules.

8. Incorrect or incomplete address

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. DigitalBloke is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address details provided by the customer.

9. Failed delivery attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver the order due to customer absence, refusal of delivery or incorrect information, additional shipping costs or return costs may be charged to the customer where applicable.
